Please call if you have any issues the place to go. Laptop slow as molasses took up and now I have a very fast computer. Been there before. They are professionals and timely. Explained and answer all my questions. Since not computer savvy.

My father-in-law''s was a near victim of a telephone scam and they locked his computer when he figured it out. TMC2 fixed it promptly and confirmed no other malware was there. TMC2 has bailed us out of other computer issues and we can't say enough about their competence and knowledge of computers.

Have a windows 11 desktop running like it has molasses in the operating system. What is turnaround time for diagnostics and remedy generally?

I'd like to hook an older monitor up to a newer laptop so need a DVI (or D-Sub?) to USB cord. Do they make those? Do you sell them? Other solutions? Thank you.

If it is a newer laptop it probably has an HDMI port. You could use a DVI to HDMI adapter. We do carry those and would be happy to help you determine if that will work for your devices - give us a call at 630-942-8622.

I have an old MacBook laptop that belonged to my son in college and he says the hard drive is broken. It hasn't been charged in a very long time. I tried to charge it and the screen comes on but it's white. What do you charge to troubleshoot it?
