I agree with 00000000 00000000 When I asked for the same cremation urn and for the deluxe package, all I got back was a ziplock bag with ashes tossed in an oversized tin can, with a lid that didn't fit properly. Now I need to find someone who can seal Tigger's ashes, because ziplocks deteriorate over the years. It was sad to see his ashes laying in a ziplock bag. I still haven't gotten over losing Maggie May, and all I wanted was the same for Tigger, but apparently they change to a new crematory, who doesn't show any respect to the departed or their family. They could have at least put some tissue in the odd tin, so saddening to see a ziplock bag, no note or name or crematory stamp. Thankfully Maggie did get a proper urn with a stamp claiming the ashes are hers. Dr Wake was amazing, Dr Williams is one of the kindest Souls you will ever meet. But the staff and the tall blond man, they changed that place for the worse
