Very easy to schedule and get an appointment quickly. Clean, well-kept, modern waiting area and pet patient rooms. Greeted by welcoming, kind front desk staff. Knowledgeable tech and vet answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided easy to follow recommendations. Handled my pets with care and made them feel safe, comfortable during visit. Affordable care and did not try to upsell any treatment or products.

Organized hospital and kind staff, but the veteranarians' explanation of care is lacking. I took my cat there quite a while ago to check on her hyperthyroidism. The vet said, "You know about her heart murmur, right?" I absolutely did not. They let me know that I could get an echocardiogram to check how severe the murmur was, but said nothing at that appointment about being able to prescribe medicine for her heart after the echo. I didn't prioritize saving for the nearly $600 procedure because they made the murmur sound benign and I did not know that there was an option for treatment which could only be pursued after the echo was done. I went in for a follow-up last month, and the vet mentioned very offhand that they could prescribe medicine after doing the echo! I had no idea this was a possibility before this appointment. I scraped together the money over the course of the past month, and was waiting for my day off of work to call in and schedule an appointment, but my baby passed at home before I was able to do so. They were rushed and unclear about treatment options, and I would have been more aggressive with treatment had I known there were options available. I don't know if this just happened because they are overbooked, but I really wish I had been told what my options were. It is a nice place, but I am not sure I would come back if I adopt again in the future.

Great question Brad we take all pet insurance. You bring in your claim form, we fill it out for you and we can fax it as well. You go home with your paperwork. If the insurance has questions the mostly likely react out to the owner. So for any pet insurance you pay at check out and anything that needs to be reimbursed to you will come directly for the insurance company. I hope this help if you have any more questions please feel free to call the office. Thank you
