The door signs and the mail out paperwork says 8:00 am but they don't let people in to get stickers until 9:00 ... Why????

The internet states they close at 630 Tuesday and Thursday but actually they close at 5 pm everyday

I'm not hear to vent about people being rude or even the abt the high price of living in Chicago, however I am perplexed on why did we (city tax payers) pay to have 10 Windows for service? IT IS NEVER MORE THEN 3 PEOPLE WORKING, & thats on a good day.
Plate number or the best is to bring the plate registration card
I'm on a payment plan, and I'm trying to make a payment online but it will not let me pay the amount which is half of the payment. Where should I do?

If you didn't set the plan up online you can't pay it online. You will have to call the law firm you set the plan up with or wait until Tuesday to pay in person. And th law firm is probably closed until Tuesday as well.
