The property management does their Best. They are only here til 5 so they cannot babysit all of The tenants and the issues going on. The people aren't all bad. Your repairs aren't always fixed on time or within a week. However emergencies are treated quickly. It's a decent place to live. There is loitering in some hallways. The apartments are really spacious. Extermination comes out regularly. Just gotta do your part in keeping your unit clean. The downside.. there are several shootings but most times no injuries..weird I know. However They Do Work With People here by trying to make it livable and secure. And Security Does Come When you call and they do patrol all night.

INFESTATION WITH MOLD THEY PAINT OVER THE MOLD TO MAKE IT LOOK GOOD I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT THIS NOTHING WAS DONE THE MOLD IN THE APARTMENT MADE ME SICK ITS RIDICULOUS THESE APARTMENTS SHOULD BE CLOSED.
