No, the Brandel Library is open to students, faculty, and staff at North Park University or one of our partner schools from ACTS, I-Share, or the ATLA Reciprocal Borrowing Program. http://library.northpark.edu/about/policies/building

Yes, the library is open to students, faculty, and staff at North Park University or one of our partner schools from ACTS , I-Share , or the ATLA Reciprocal Borrowing Program. There is a Chicago Public Library on the corner of Foster and Kimball that is open to the public.
