I was referred to them by PAWS Chicago because it came with a $500 coupon. The first incident was them charging me a missed appointment fee when the receptionist scheduled me for the wrong day. The ended up waiving the fee and then allowing me to come at the original time i stated. Once i arrived the staff was fine but the Vet was terrible. He was so careless with my dog and also was smacking his lips and acting like i waisted his time because i didn’t want to pay for the services they promised me i had a coupon for. I couldn’t use ANY of the coupon on the visit unless it was an emergency. Vaccinations or anything aren’t included. I was highly upset and disappointed. He then did even give me a proper good bye. Just walked out the other door to the consultation room. I felt completely dismissed and also very hurt that nothing was covered in the Olán they suggested with the coupon I was given. I will not be doing business with them again. This was terrible
