Why does it take so long to get our new home built? Days go by without anyone doing anything. The trash is laying in the yard, which we don't like. Where is dumpster?

Hi Deborah, we installed sheetrock last week, and then cabinets over the weekend. Sheetrock was in a pile in the yard, which is normal, and we have a trash pickup scheduled for this week (which we always try to lineup right after sheetrock goes in. The home is at 100 days of construction and should be wrapped up in about 2-3 more weeks (4 months total). Please let us know if you have any more concerns, but looks like everything is on schedule.

On our house it took a while to get started then they did the foundation, then it was a waiting for the framers they only had like 2 sets of framers .but once the framers started it was non stop we had our keys within 30 days total. As for the trash we had no dumpster it was just a hog pin that they put trash in they cleaned up pretty good at the end on long with the final dirt work
