Website says sunrise to sunset. Usually 8 or 9 am. Ive gone as early as 7am and wasnt open yet.

Why does the park open at 9 & close at 5?? When as far as I remember it has open at sunrise and closed at sunset. Is it cuz the park police are to lazy to get up early and lazy to stay till sunset.
