Why does the park open at 9 & close at 5?? When as far as I remember it has open at sunrise and closed at sunset. Is it cuz the park police are to lazy to get up early and lazy to stay till sunset.

Actually I went last week it was my first time there, and the park police say that we couldn't be there till they open amd I ask what time was that he say 9 till 5, and if they see someone in there before time and after time that they well be getting a ticket.

The posted regulations of the park's opening and closing on the city's website say that it is open from dawn till dusk. So I wouldn't worry about it. The stamina of the parks law enforcement officers is a different subject altogether.
