Why does it take over an hour to speak to an associate in store? I recently opened an account and called two times to ask about a delivery. Each time I waited over an hour and NEVER got an associate to answer. Poor customer service.

I have near panic attack knowing my husband needs to visit this one store. There is never any help, help available are not trained, seems no one is in charge. The Levolor blind area never has someone working there, once I could find someone, they were not trained to do blinds. Just distracted with the customer service to rate this store anything but a ONE STAR ⭐. I do appreciate this stores existence especially for all my husband needs!

I work retail also. Man power is not what it use to be. I have more jobs then you can shake a stick to. You try to cover every thing. I know and had to be patient for lowes to load a vanity.

You needed to be determine, if you can't find one associate then find another until you get that person in front of you that's what I do.
