Great experience. Joining was made real easy. The young man that signed me up did a great job of explaining everything. Honestly, it was refreshing to walk out actually knowing what to expect. Sitting my visits, everyone was always happy to help and answer any questions I had. I recently lost my job and had to cancel my membership. Asked while disappointed was able to assist me in a way no other gym has. He was polite, understanding, and above all didn’t give me grief. You rarely find this in gym memberships. Thank you Planet Fitness, I’ll see you again as soon as I’m back on my feet.

This was my first time here the staff is friendly, informative, helpful and I caught a training class too. I will be addicted to coming here I will be back tomorrow. I also got the black card and got to try the hydro bed before I signed up. It is absolutely amazing. The trainer here is absolutely amazing I told her I am a beginner and she walked me through every excercise. Love it here

I feel welcome here. everything works. The PF app works on the phone. No need for improvement. The staff works on keeping the place clean. I and others appreciate that.

Basic is $10 mth, Black Card is $20 mth, which allows you to use any PF and bring a guest for free, plus use of tanning bed, hydro-massage, massage chair. There is a annual fee of about $30 yr. Best deal I've found for a gym. Been to 3 different PF, and this one is the best, best atmosohere, staff & cleanliness.
There is no security, leon valley is its own little small city so even at that, leon valley PD is always close by if anything were to happen
