This is another place that will waste a drivers time like our time isnt important. 1100 appointment, checked in at 0950, told to wait in staging area until alittle after 1200 got a door around 1230, light stayed green until almost 1400, they appeared to be done unloading around 1420, it's 1510 right now, light is still red and haven't heard any movement in the trailer in almost a hour. Only had afew pallets to unload. If I was allowed to unload myself, I could of removed the pallets and finished counts all within 30 min by myself. This is a good place to go if you need to catch up on some sleep.

Short answer is NO. The main entrance off 35 is no longer a third party entrance it's for HEB trucks and HEB carriers only. Third party entrance is on Business park Dr. Trucks park on the street to wait but if you park overnight SAPD has been known to give trucks parked on the street tickets.
It depends what you have. 4am for refrigerated stuff, 8am for dry groceries and 5pm for frozen
Park and walk to the guard shack with CDL and your paperwork. They will let u know when to pull in when a door is available
