Wrong Jose. To fish in the waters that cross property of, or directly adjacent to, a Texas State Park you do not need a State of Texas fixing license. That is of course if you paid admission to said state park. Waters involved with adjacency to a state park, you must be fishing from state park property and not in the waters. Being in a boat next to or near state park property still requires a fishing license. These rules were established with our 2013 state legislature.
Yes you can and no you dont!
