I’ve seen someone post it’s free to go to and another person post that it is pricey but worth it. Is it free to enter and view or is there an entrance fee? If so how much?

It's free! Photographers who photograph families and people pay a photographer's fee to use the location, but for the general public it's free!

The gardens are free to walk around, but parking may be a different story. When we were there we entered from the greenway by bicycle. Plenty to see and there is a children's garden for kids to play in. Events can be held there and that may be what involved fees mentioned by others
