Do you answer gardening questions? Like how to prepare salvia, muhly grass, and lavender to winter over? Should they be cut back at some point? If you don't, could you direct me to some place that can answer questions like that?

I have an avacadp tree I grew from a seed. It is now over 8 feet tall and I won’t be able to put it in the garage for the winter. The trunk near the soil line is about 71/2 inches around. The crown has about a 41/2 to 5 foot spread. Can UT take it?
