What a beautiful place maintained by UT. Tucked away right across from the river. A beautiful place for pictures, dates, or exercise.

Questions & Answers

I’ve seen someone post it’s free to go to and another person post that it is pricey but worth it. Is it free to enter and view or is there an entrance fee? If so how much?

Nick Call | Nov 3, 2019
Stephanie Cobb | Nov 3, 2019

It's free! Photographers who photograph families and people pay a photographer's fee to use the location, but for the general public it's free!

Do you answer gardening questions? Like how to prepare salvia, muhly grass, and lavender to winter over? Should they be cut back at some point? If you don't, could you direct me to some place that can answer questions like that?

Maybe try this link and see if the contact there can help you https://ag.tennessee.edu/news/Pages/POM-2018-09.aspx

I have an avacadp tree I grew from a seed. It is now over 8 feet tall and I won’t be able to put it in the garage for the winter. The trunk near the soil line is about 71/2 inches around. The crown has about a 41/2 to 5 foot spread. Can UT take it?
