We don't have a train from the airport to Knoxville. Take a taxi, Lyft, Uber.
Patricia wright to answer your question the airport doesn't have rental cars but if you call with what you need they will make sure you have a car awaiting via various rental companies. I'm not certain where profit lane is so I can't help you with that. It is however a small FBO on an island in the center of downtown Knoxville, its runway is 3497ft long. Remote Area Medical has no problems landing and taking off in thier DC3. They also offer fuel services either off the truck and selfserve. The staff is very friendly and will help you in anyway possible. They also have a courtesy car that you may use free of charge for up to 2 hrs. I hope this information helps you.
