Thanks to all the amazing workers here. I know that my pup feels so happy and safe with them. My only concern is that if you're boarding your dog and want daycare after that night, make sure you stop by in the morning, checkout your dog, walk back to the frontdesk, check the dog back in, to save yourself from "late charges". Good luck making sense of that. The system is becoming less friendly in my opinion. I just boarded my dog overnight and picked her up the next day by 7PM (the usual time at which I pick her up after daycare everyday) but Instead of using her daycare passes for the day after boarding, I was charged as "Late Checkout Care". Basically what this means is that if I stopped by in the morning by 11AM picked her up and literally gave her back to them the same second, it'd have counted as daycare instead of late checkout.
