Grayson handles recall work. Airbag replacement takes at least three hours - call to schedule an appointment to make things easier on yourself.
I always call and ask for the garage and set an appointment and get an idea of what we are looking at. Last visit I had body work oil and rotation so I left it for a weekend and the insurance from the person who accidentally hit my door had me a rental waiting. Always A call first makes it easier.

They are open Saturday but are usually busy on that day. Also they may not have the recall parts on hand unless the have notified you to come in. It is always best to schedule service calls.
I suggest calling for an appointment first to get you vent checked. They are usually very busy. For the airbag recall you have to call and set an appointment. If you can wait on the vent, you will be able to combine the two. I did that with mine when I had the recall and a couple of other minor things. With the recall you get a free rental and since that service takes long, half day in my case, you might want to take advantage of the rental.
