Don't buy a Subaru!! They may say 9 out of 10 Subarus are still on the road after 10 years, but that's because they are in the shop half of th time!! My Subaru has been in the service dept for almost 2 months waiting for a new transmission.... Meanwhile, Subaru can deliver a whole shipment of new Subarus to be sold. Why can't they take a new Subaru and give me the transmission and let me be on my way rather than let Greyson sell a new one? Now they're telling me they are low on transmission fluid!! Are you kidding?? What's next?? Honest to God, I wish I had never heard of Greyson Subaru or their horrible service dept!!!!

Service department is thorough, but waiting 2.5 hours for a oil change and tire rotation is extreme. That is much longer than I expected for a appointment.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CAR LOT!! We purchased a vehicle, had it for 7 days, & then it broke down. They then told us we were out of luck & they won’t help us. I would recommend taking your business to ANY other lot in Knoxville. Spent nearly $20,000 for a yard ornament.

We've purchase three vehicles here and every time they've been great. The staff truly care about giving their customers the best experience possible and are great to work with, especially Joe Fowler. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the market for a new car.

I'm a employee at Grayson. I am not sure on the details on military discounts. But I'm sure if you give them a call they will fill you in. Ask for Randy Carter the subaru manager.
The first ones we received will be sold orders only (November and December). Subaru has not given us a time table on when we can expect some available for regular inventory.
You can talk with our service team in person at the dealership (pulling into the service drive on the side of the building), by phone at 865.693.4550, or online at GraysonSubaru.com
We disinfect each customer vehicle as it arrives in service, all customer contact service team members wear masks. Your vehicle can also be disinfected upon service completion as well. Vehicle disinfection is available upon request for a vehicle you want to test drive, sale staff does wear masks when with a customer. A Grayson team member periodically walks through both customer lounges to clean seats, handles, tables as well as doors.
The main reason I chose the Forester over the Outback is cargo space and it is a bit higher. The extra height makes it easier to get in and out of it for me. (5'11)
We would need to look at it to give an accurate diagnostic on what could be causing this. You can make a service diagnostic appointment with our service team at 865.693.4550 ext 402. They are open Monday through Saturday from 7am to 6pm.
I had great luck with Continentals on my 2008 Outback. Don't remember the exact name but I'd the one they promoted for SUV use. Great traction and handling and were hardly worn after 20,000 miles when I sold it. New 2018 Outback has Michelins and they don't seem nearly so good.
Yes it was. Different ownership, but yes it was Subaru West many years ago.
The Subaru website shows the color quite well. I have it in my 2018 Outback Touring and find it quite attractive with the white exterior. It might not go so well with other colors.
Grayson handles recall work. Airbag replacement takes at least three hours - call to schedule an appointment to make things easier on yourself.
I get my service done at Grayson, I call and make appointment usually within a day or so. Always in and out in no time. Service personnel are always very attentive. I recommend Grayson highly.
