It's spelled "psychotics". Wal-Mart abuses their employees in every way possible. That abuse attracts all the crazy people, including psychotics, like flies to a dead animal by the road. Ask any employee (away from the store so they can speak freely) who has worked there longer than a few weeks just how abusive Wal-Mart is to employees. Then you will begin to understand why they all look sooo glum all the time.
