They were prompt on there response in regards to the purchasing of items. However I do feel they are a bit over priced. Great deals when you can catch them of course.

Very up set about the hole experience today I called not even an hour after they opened and asked if there buy counter was was open cuz I feel I see on FB and I have also went and it was closed. They lady answered was very nice and stated yes I amm not sure if it would be closing today. So I got there about noon and dropped off a tote of cloths. 2 1/2 hours later I have not heard anything so I went back to see if it was done. She stated it was gone through but not bought yet.....ok so how long do you think...she tells me let me check and the other lady says we are the only ones here right now it will take abiut 30 mins... 30 mins it's been 2 1/2 hours. Ok so I leave. It's now 6:48pm and I have NOT heard anything they close at 7pm I will be calling to find out tomorrow what is going on. Very disappointing. Not sure I will be taken my cloths that are like brand new. I'll go donate to someone with my time and it won't take all day to do. Oh and I live on the south end of jackson not like I live around the corner

I agree. Selling to this location is so frustrating. I go to the Ann Arbor location instead - it’s much larger so they’ll take more, and they don’t have any crazy requirements on what type of container items need to be brought in for selling.
A 30gal tote, a box, anything with a closing lid. That way when they go through what you are wanting to sell & have to stack it, they don't have to worry about your stuff falling out & getting mixed up with anyone else's. (I just took some things back yesterday) but yes, washed & clean w/no stains, holes or rips & ect. Hope this answer helps! 😀
Yes we take pack n plays and bouncers. We are currently not taking bath tubs
We do have dresses! All seasons.
They take items all the way until their closing time for that day. However, if it's within a hr prior to closing then they will go through your items the following morning & have so far had my offer within the first couple hours of opening.
I believe they'll only accept a tote with a top now, no boxes.
