Our company purchased a hot spot from Darius last fall as we travel for work. We had been having issues while working at an Air Force Base in GA with internet and had called and talked to Darius regarding our issues. He recommended the hot spot box. We received it very quickly and he walked us through how to set it up and use it. We have been using it now for about a year and it has been a life saver for our company. The service has been great and easy to navigate to different locations. We had an issue with billing (which was our fault as we forgot to set up our recurring payments) and Darius was able to help us navigate through that also. Overall we have worked with Verizon in the past but feel like AT&T gives our company more personal attention and guidance. I would highly recommend AT&T!!!

We went to the ATT store on North West Ave in Jackson and had an awesome experience. We initially went early in the afternoon and they were so packed we decided to try again later. So glad we did; Both Mario and Darius exceeded our expectations and made us want to come back and buy more. Customer service in many industries today have changed for the worst in most cases, it was a refreshing change to be met with a smile, treated like a VIP, and valued as a customer. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building. The staff was busy helping other customers and was assured that I would be helped soon after. Very friendly and treated as if they knew me for a long time. Great staff! Visited on 4-29-22 Had to make some technical adjustments on two phones. Only 2 employees working and still greeted upon entering and informed that we would be helped momentarily. Very friendly and professional service. Great job! 10-18-22 Again outstanding service!
