We don’t do appraisals but we can tell you how we do it. We typically use eBay sold sales to determine value. On grading you should look up the value of your card graded 10 and 9 (or whatever range you think it will grade) and determine if you feel whatever grading cost you decide is worth the risk to grade. We are fairly conservative on what we grade - we typically don’t send out inexpensive cards hoping for 10s. Good luck!
