We are trying to cancel our service with you before we are automatically billed March 19th. I can not seem to get ahold of anybody. We need to cancel our service. Please reply

They have 1.9 star for a reason. Lucky for them you can't give 0 stars. Read the reviews, these are actual customers. I suffered too to cancel my plan. Even after I cancelled because I read the reviews I called back a week later to find out it was still active. As I write this after calling more than 3 times to cancel it, I'm still not sure if it's active or not.
