Regarding Dr. Eric Ratner only: Blatant disregard for other people’s time. I was on time; he was NOT EVEN IN THE BUILDING. Not a little late, either—sauntered into the office 55 minutes after my appointment time (numerous people were scheduled before me, also waiting). Literally watched him park his car and walk in the building, his food order in hand. Props to the husband of another patient who was waiting in the parking lot. He called Dr. Ratner out on his lateness. No apology or acknowledgment of 1.5 hour wait time once I finally saw him. Staff was trying to make up for his behavior by processing people as quickly as possible. Flagrant disrespect for his patients.

Dr. Ratner is good doctor however shows ZERO respect for other peoples time. Waiting 2 hour beyond your scheduled appt time is absolutely unacceptable, rude and unprofessional.

On my first consultation visit with Dr Eric Ratner, the waiting room was packed (during COVID-19) and I waited almost 2 hours to see him. I was on time for my appointment. I figured there must have been something odd happening to cause such a delay. On the day of my surgery procedure, he was running 1.5 hours behind. When I was finally wheeled into the OR, I found him on his phone playing on social media. Then he continued to delay my procedure while chatting with the staff in the OR for another 5 minutes. Two weeks later I go to his office for my follow up appointment & again I showed up on time. The waiting room was packed again, I checked in, & paid my co-pay. I was then informed that Dr. Ratner was not there, they had no idea when he would be in, there were 3 people waiting ahead of me, & I was told he was always late. This explains the long wait for my first visit and the day of my procedure. I refused to see him, cancelled my appointment, and get my copay refunded. The level of unprofessionalism and blatant lack of consideration for his patients is inexcusable. I have never experienced this kind of behavior with a medical professional in my life. I will not tolerate it and you should not either. There is nothing Dr Ratner did for me that any other pain management doctor could not do. I hope you find this review helpful in your decision for choosing against seeing Dr. Eric Ratner .

I've been going to Dr Ratner for 7 yrs plus. He does not prescribe pain medicine however he does steroidal injections that have helped me immensely . He is highly skilled and qualified in his area of expertise. Very straightforward and a down to earth likeable kind of guy. I would recommend him to anyone. In my opinion he's the best that ever did it
