I never post reviews but after thinking about it decided to post one. we were super excited about this experience. Have done animal interactions in Montana and Wyoming before and felt like we got more for our money in other places. The animals do seem well cared for and loved. Just expensive for what the experience actually entails and less interaction than other places we have been. Felt more like an expensive petting zoo than an actual preserve. Others mentioned and posted pics being able to walk the wolves and such. We got to only pet one wolf for under a minute. And my bf who used the wrong wording when talking, got yelled at by the owner and got his turn taken from him. Idk if it was because we were the last tour of the night but it felt kind of rushed and less interaction than you should get for almost $200 for 2 people. Left a little disappointed. Should have read more reviews before going but lesson learned!

Such an amazing experience! The women who run this sanctuary are amazing and dedicated! I really wish I had paid to do the skunk, bear and wolf tour! I only did the wolf tour because of cost, however, knowing that the money goes towards taking care of the animals and running the sanctuary, I TOTALLY would have paid more! An AMAZING experience! You should totally do this!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Kisma Preserve. One of the most unique and memorable experiences we’ve ever been lucky enough to partake in. The ladies who care for these animals and operate these tours are so dedicated, and the love they have for their animals is obvious. Kisma is a must see if you’re in the Acadia area. We will be back ASAP!! Thank you Heather and Bj! Give Oreo a snuggle for me πŸ’“

We stopped in on a whim, at the end of a very busy day, and we weren't even sure if they had any availability. Not only did the folks welcome us in, they gave us a truly personal experience - talking about the animals, and sharing stories about their backgrounds. Thank you ladies so much - it was a truly humbling experience.

45.00 to see one wolfe, 100 to see 3 wolves, extra 30 to see the bear with the wolves. No sure how much to see the bear by itself.

A VIP tour is $150 and you get to do everything, including meeting a wolf. And it is only you or your group without anyone else and for as much time as you would like. If you call, the people there will be able explain to you in much better detail
