This location is friendly, quick, and efficient. I come here now for all of my adjustments and will be purchasing from here only in the future. Got my original exam and glasses at the Pottstown location. It was a disorganized, poorly operated cr*pshow. I even got the blue light option and Pottstown put them on the sunglasses and not my normal glasses I use. ------- Edit: Not just one positive experience. I have had my glasses adjusted at least twice. Both my kids and my wife have also had their eyeglasses adjusted at least once and I am sure at least one of those kids wiggled as the poor technician worked. I wrote the original review in the time it took me to sit at the front counter - to have my frames replaced and sunglasses adjusted from a bike accident - until the time I checked out purchasing the view cool case below for my wife.

A few years ago I got glasses there and loved them. The last time, they sent them back to lab 3 times because I couldn't see out of them. One person kept saying it was probably me that was the problem. Took glasses home after the last time, but still have not been able to wear them....and that was last year. Still wearing my old ones...
