Total scam. Loomis will not pay any claims and will leave you in severe debt.
It's not an insurance company. It's a hedge fund. Your employer has an account with them. Your employer takes your money, puts in THEIR ACCOUNT, then pays for insurance that doesn't cover anything. *mind explodes*
While not technically a scam, for all intents and purposes it should be considered one. Avoid at all costs! Had to pay my bank $35 to prevent further auto debits when we cancelled. Shady company.

Loomis company is a family owned business very ethical. We are a third party administrator so we handle claims for many insurance companies but a lot of times we need to submit claims to a network for pricing, or other information if the claim is incorrect or so forth but u are not getting scammed
I was sold a PPO with no deductible with a max out of pocket annually of $1,620. The declarations page provided a HMO with completely different and higher out of pocket cash spending required. The co-pays for doctors in and out of network are also very different. I received a completely different policy with a $6,000 deductible before the policy became effective or available to use for any medical expenses.
