I don't think so. We didn't. The breakfast and lunch they served was very complete, and drinks were available. They served 3 dollar drinks (Alcoholic/adult) beverages after 2 pm for the ride back.
If you're camping yes you need to bring your own water
Water is provided, juice and milk with breakfast, and other drinks are available for purchase. I'd recommend bringing a smallish reusable water bottle anyway. Alcoholic drinks are available for purchase on the ride back. My wife and I packed next to nothing other than my camera and we were just fine all day.
