I would call and ask. The only people I saw who had beach chairs were the people who were camping on the island; the chairs were stowed in the back of the tour boat with the rest of their gear.
Cool place for 30 minutes, then pretty darn boring
This is a day trip but your only at the dry tortugas for around 4 hours. After you tour Fort Jefferson your only talking a couple of hours. Most people go snorkeling. If your camping overnight I'm sure you can bring chairs. If your not it not worth the trouble. The water is awesome go for a swim.
