Gonna agree with David here. Its certainly not super filling. They have options to buy food but i didn't do that
Breakfast of bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt. Lunch with cold cut sandwiches, chips, and salads. It was definitely enough for my wife and I not to pack any other food for the day.
I eat pretty enthusiastically and was quite satisfied with the amounts. Content was accurately listed by others. On the way back home, they were clearing their snacks and I bot 5 for $1 each. Only ate 2 of them. I was happy and full.
On top of cold cuts for sandwiches, there was chicken salad. They also had fruit, sodas and a few other things. I had no complaints. My wife is sort of vegan for health reasons, and if that's the case you probably want to bring your own food.
