That is true. Last year that wasn't the case, but now it's back to every 30 minutes, at least for now.
Since the endowment has been shortened by 18 mins, it should continue to be on the hour and half hour all day long.

Every 30 min starting from 6 am plus 5:30 am session on Tuesday
Tuesday through Saturday- every half hour from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM (5:30 AM on Tuesdays)
