I read that the entrance is handicap accessible. Is it handicap accessible in the garden area with the kitties and the second floor of the house?

The second floor is not handicapped accessible. I have MS, but it could walk up the stairs with not too much trouble. The grounds are accessible.

I don't believe the 2bd floor is handicap accessible.

Wheelchair (handicapped) for garden, grounds and 1st floor

Garden is but no to the 2nd floor or the area where he wrote above the carriage house

Around the garden area is. My wife was in crutches when we were there and was able to do the steps to the 2nd floor, but no elevator on premises or wheelchair access upstairs that we saw or that we were told about.
