I was a family history director for 3 1/2 to 4yrs and, was released some time ago. Each time I try to access my account it tells me my password is wrong. And says I need to go to Global service. But I cant get anywhere with it. Any ideas?

It looks your account was 'Workforce enabled' as a volunteer. This mean your password policy requires yoi to change tour password every 180.days. You can. tbe GSC and request the Account Management team to review your account to remove that option if possible.

Its because you had an inside account and now you don't. You should be able ro reset your password, or call 801-240-help
