Needing to reset my children's accounts as they had forgotten their login information. Jeff was not helpful AT ALL. I guess there is a "policy that the children need to be on the phone call with you" Really! As a parent I am attempting to help my kids get logged in and signed up for activities and I am refused service. My kids were at home sleeping while I had a work break to take care of this. Jeff did not even offer other ideas and instead said "well i guess your going to have to sit down and work on it tonight" Through further research I found parents can change log in information through their own personal account in the account settings under children accounts. I figured it out on my own and I have a very bad taste left from my interaction with Jeff. The church is true. People are not perfect... Hoping this review may help someone else.

May I just correct a minor detail. It should be https://ldsaccount.lds.org/.
The hours are basically 24/7 for IT Support but like Alejo Alonso said, it also depends on the department. Most departments are from 6:00am - 5:30pm Mountain Time.
You can contact GSC tomorrow during business hours and they will help you to recover your LDS account.
To recover your account you need to call the Account Management Department at Global Service Center.
Call the toll free member service numbe r and the will help with tgat. Due to privacy we can't help you outside the system
It looks your account was 'Workforce enabled' as a volunteer. This mean your password policy requires yoi to change tour password every 180.days. You can. tbe GSC and request the Account Management team to review your account to remove that option if possible.
You can click "forgot password" on the sign in page and you'll be emailed instructions for resetting the password. Hope this helps!
We always advice to try logging into your account at https://ldsaccount.lds.org/ first to see if you have forgotten your password or if you're locked out. If then you know you can login or not, the GSC may be able to help if you still cannot access LDS Tools. If it is specifically an LDS Tools problem, the GSC cannot help and you would have to send a feedback through the app.
The hours are basically 24/7 for IT Support. You can call during your normal hours in Malaysia. If you're on a long wait time, it is because the support is limited during the evening, Mountain Utah Time.

They do not have that information but if you call, they can submit a ticket to the Service Center in Kyiv, Ukraine for you.
You can open a LDS account with an email or phone number, but I recommend you to ooen an account with your MRN (Membership Record Number) as it will enable all the options as an LDS, such as accedd to Leader and Clerk Resources and Temple Ordinances at FamilySearch.
