If you come in again and the nutritional information is not on the packaging please let us know and we can most likely get that information from the manufacturer for you.
We purchased for home use sausage links that are the same brand used by a restaurant in shermansdale...we separated the box and froze ziplock bags..tossed the box...the sausages are about 5 inches long and about an inch diameter
Not sure how specific you want but you do have to rember the Gross-ery is a restuarant supplier so the products are in bulk. However, in the outlet store they do break down to smaller size. Much of the products have standard Supermarket labeling. When they break down from the larger commercial packaging to a more reasonable amount for home use they do take information from the main packaging and put it on a labels with ingredients and cooking instuctions, however, I can't remember if they have all the nutritional information. I'm sure if you ask them they could either get that information for you or direct you to where you could get it.
