It depends on the time of day :) i know there are lots of activities and such here, but during the slow times of day there's lots of free space :)
A better park would be the park on south mountain near the pool and Oak Hollow Elementary school. Not nearly as busy with kids sporting events.
Yes! I have seen people fly radio controlled helis out there a lot while attending lacrosse & soccer games. Might be crowded at times but I've never seen it personally for flying such things. Park next to it, around it, spacious enough imo. It may not be the most open for someone's liking but definitely can appease.
I wouldn't think so. It gets very busy. I wouldn't fly my drone there.
