I was really impressed with this location of Les Schwab! It was a first-time visit to the Draper Store. They greeted me at my vehicle, and invited into the store. They seemed sensitive to what set of tires I needed for my vehicle, and the cost. They promised a price, but actually came in around 10% below what I expected - saved me the cost of an alignment. This set of new tires makes my truck handle just the way it should - so much better! The Draper staff did a great job! I was impressed with the waiting room, the staff, and the quality of the work. They picked up right away on the phone as well, and let me know when my vehicle was ready to be picked up.

My wife had a tire blow out while on the freeway and due to the heavy traffic struggle pull out of her lane. BY the time she got to the side the tire had been shredded rending the flat kit useless. I got there and pulled the wheel off the car and left it on the freeway while I sought to get a new tire. I found the closest tire shop, Les Schwab in Draper, UT, and found Alexander, an extremely helpful and kind tech who could see the stress on my face as my wife’s car sat on the freeway with a winter storm moving in, and had a new tire on my wheel, loaded it into my car and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. I had never shopped at Les Schwab before but I will never forget the incredible service I received from Alexander today. Thank you!
