They were some of the nicest and friendliest staff we have had the pleasure of working with to get our phones working smoothly! We walked out of the store with a brand new phone that had just been released that week, and saved about $30 per line with their advice! We are also trying the internet! I highly recommend these people!

Very poor customer service and constant promises but no delivery. Although I was very happy with my TMobile experience, there was a dead spot in my neighborhood. My husband suggested we try out Verizon. Justin,who is the manager at the Draper store, sold us on a business plan and he stated we would get a phone rebate for each old device we brought over. We were under the assumption qe would get $1500. I've been trying to get my rebate for over 8 months and now Justin is passing the buck and blaming me for opening up a business plan even though he suggested it and told us we would still qualified for the rebate. I have a text message from him in December 2021 sending us a link for the rebate form. I also have a text from him in March of this year which he stated we were approved for the rebate when he read the internal company notes. I just found out this month that the promotion we thought we would get was a consumer promotion. When I brought up to him that he was the peraon who pushed us in the direction of a business plan, he told me there is nothing he can do for me and it's my fault I waited so long. We are switching back to my previous wireless provider TMobile as they are way more affordable and have always provided the best customer service. Also, Verizon's coverage was no better than TMobile in my neighborhood. Terrible costly experience. I even wrote to the Office of the President and no response. I will never give Verizon my business and will always tell people of my terrible experience. Big Fail for Verizon. Update: generic response from Verizon owner. If they really cared, they would have gone through and figured out what the delay is on their end. Cancelled my service and so happy with TMobile. Anyone reading this review should not hesitate to give your business to TMobile. My coverage is just as good at they have 5G in my area now and I am saving atleast $80 a month and get great customer service. VERIZON: STILL A BIG FAT F!
