I did not register my motorcycle last year. Registration was due in June 2018. I want to register it in April 2019. Will I have to pay last year's registration or can I change the registration date?

Not sure on that one. Be prepared to be disappointed. I believe you will still have to pay for last year and your renewal month won't change. Be very nice to them and listen to the person helping you. They don't make these rules, they are just doing a job as they have been told to do.

As long as you were not using vehicle and no other problems exist we will update to current month and you just pay this year forward. ATV, offroad vehicles and watercraft are different though. We can not change month due on them and we can only register 60 days in advance
