You can do it through your email to activate it or you can take you ticket in and they will help you they have great service
Just take your receipt in there and have them apply it to your bill and they'll give you the 5 dollars cash or giftcard.😁
Like Martin said, you have to click on the discount on the email to generate the rewards certificate in your account. You can then print it to use in store (or have them look up your account and apply it.) You can also apply it to your order online. If you haven't opened your computer, you could see if they will let you "return it" and then re-buy it with the reward. The only other way to use it is to buy something else with it.
I never new about any discount
Did you got the discount before or after your purchase? does the email have any barcodes with it? I may not be understanding the question but generally speaking if you have a discount send by email, this are for online purchase, when you click on them they are apply to your shopping car online, some may have a barcode that they can scan at the register when you are making your purchase, if you already completed the purchase, and the discount was not applied, unfortunately they won't reimburse it.
