The dumb truck driver
We were visiting friends and had the pleasure of doing a tour and tasting with Richie. He was an impeccable host, with a vast knowledge of, not only the history of the Foundry, but the current state of affairs and processes. I was blown away by the excellent varieties of whiskey and learning about the entire process. LM.

Tables are spaced out and all staff are masked. I felt very safe here and was very clean.
The food is provided by local food trucks, and they take turns at the foundry. You get something different on different nights!
It's a totally separate business so don't go by what The Hall charges. That said, they are aiming to be somewhat upscale and prices will reflect that. I had a vodka tonic there which was something like $6
We had a large group. No reservation. They have a huge area where you can sort of stake a claim to. I do not know if you can actually reserve an area though.
Yup, though craft beer seems to have an enormous selection by way of comparison with the other spirits.
