I lived at this property for two years. Angie in the office is really sweet, and actually cares about the residents. The only reason I moved was because I bought a house. It was nice having my own washer and dryer in my unit. The only down side was parking at times but I was able to talk that out with my neighbors. Highly recommend this complex!

Horrible place to live at. Huge spiders in my apartment everywhere. Horrible management, refused to fix anything.

Sadly that is true, however, things like that can happen anywhere. When I lived in Clive and Urbandale my car and other cars in the same neighborhoods were getting broken into constantly. We're actually a very kind, quiet and friendly community. Its sad that that happened and thankfully no one was hurt. But its also a very unusual thing to happen as well.
I have a 2bd really new both bedrooms are up stairs full bath hallway, full bathroom in the master bedroom...not sure what special they have now
Depends on which complex you get. I have 2 floors, 2bd 2ba for 920$. 945 for a pet.
