I buy headlight assemblies and fog lights from Headlights Depot often for my business. Never had an issue with their products, delivery, customer service or anything else. They deliver quickly, on time, quality products. Tracking number provided. Responsive service.

Ordered a pair of light assemblies - one was defective (mounts were off so assembly didn't fit properly). They offered me a 5% refund then 10% after I protested. They said they would speak to the manager and 10+ emails later they offered to replace the item but this was only after I told them my mechanic purchased one elsewhere. They made me feel like it was my fault that they sent me a defective part. With the way they treat their customers I don't know how they remain in business. There is nothing that this company can possibly reply that could make my review any less true. Very very disappointed.
