I paid Website Profs $19,999 to help build and create a national app. The app was expected to take 3-6 months, at most. The process started of well as there was good communication and dialogue between both sides. After around the 6 month timeframe, the company was lacking communication and I began to receive false information as to why the app is not complete.. Come to find out, the company lost their IOS certification and could not move forward. After 10 months of the app being far from complete to my standards, I requested a full refund. Approximately three months later,Jennie Scott (Website Profs employee), confirmed that I would receive a full refund via email. We are now in July. Almost 1 1/2 years of paying a company to perform a job that was not completed, confirmed that I would receive a full refund, and now, no communication coming from Website Profs. I would love to hear from attorneys about what rights I have and, from reading other posts, how we can make this into a class action lawsuit.

This company is a fraud. I now have a prominent law firm putting together the evidence we were able to capture as they tried to scam me numerous times. They did it a total of three times. After the first and second incidents were the exact same scheme, we were prepared for this last attempt. They played right into my hand. Luckily I had caught on and already hired a new digital company that was able to help me get around them without any harm. But this is by far the worst situation I have ever been in or dealt with. I gave them numerous chances to avoid what is coming but they kept with their play and exposed their whole little scheme openly. Avoid this company at all cost!
