Edit- As recommended, I contacted the main office and was transferred. I mentioned this situation and their response was that they do not give out rental histories. I even mentioned that I had left a Google review and was told to call for a resolution. Before getting off the phone I asked, "so the resolution is that there is no resolution?" to which they responded with yes. While my experience as a renter was smooth. Zero issues. But now that I'm looking for another place, they are not providing a rental history to the new place. So I am now going to be forced into a higher deposit since it is causing me to have no previous history within the past 5 years.

I do not live here, just had a tour with Casey yesterday. My immediate thoughts- everyone was kind and friendly. I asked A LOT of questions and Casey happily answered all of them. The grounds were beautiful! The playground that was right by the unit I toured was awesome! After the tour I let my kiddo test the playground out and at first there weren't any other kids playing but within 10 minutes about 10 showed up to play, some playing soccer. They weren't loud. They were kind and respectful. The apartment I viewed was lovely, the deck was nice and large! The only downside I noticed yesterday was the noise from the interstate was noticeable however, I quickly tuned it out. I think some cable and Wi-Fi being included is awesome and utilities as well. That's hard to come by these days. I did apply! Super easy application process.
