The only experience I had here was picking up an online order the girl at the door was polite and welcoming. The lady at the customer service desk that I dealt with not so polite and welcoming.

Go onto geeksquad.com or bestbuy.com and look for the Geek Squad link. Very easy to sign up for, and they are right on time for their appointments. Got computer back today from them.

I'm not sure if they do. We're just customers of Best Buy. We buy our tablets, laptops, and cell phones from them. I think they still have the Geek Squad. You would have to call Best Buy.
That has been an issue there for a long time and that store is not very customer friendly either. I have only had a few associates that are friendly an help customers
