Better to just use the parking lot on eastside of HSP... if it is full, most of the streets around HSP have parallel-parking space. On woodland its in one direction, other streets have both sides of street for parking... its a residential neighborhood so there's usually a parking space within walking distance (the parking lot is usually good for most event parking necessities).
