Tickets can be purchased in person at the box office. As for accessibility, the theatre is 99 years old, so not as disability friendly as more modern theatres, but there is an elevator to get you from box office to main floor, to balcony. There a few places for wheelchairs at the very front of the main floor, but for those who use a walker or cane or wheelchair, but can sit in a regular seat, there are lots of options. People who will have trouble climbing steps should avoid the balcony.
For the event I went to, it allowed me to buy tickets on the Hoyt website or it channeled me to the correct place for purchase. If I remember right it is handicap accessible.
